Dear Friends,

It is my sincere hope that in the face of this challenging chapter we are living though together, that you are healthy and strong, and finding ways to connect and stay centered in spite of the necessary distancing measures we're all observing. 

This is a time of struggle for many among us, and I want to send you all my very best wishes and sincere hopes that we get through this soon, and that we may be in some way stronger, wiser and more compassionate as a  result of this.
